GXS is committed to enhancing and maintaining its products and services through direct input and feedback from its customers. User groups and Customer Advisory Boards provide a direct communication link between GXS and the customers it serves.

GXS User Groups and Advisory Boards are collaborative and confidential forums that bring together a select group of customers representing the diverse spectrum of the industries served. Each group”s overriding goal is to provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to the development of new products and services that better meet our customers” business needs.

  • TLi User Group

    This is an independent discussion group for users of Inovis's TrustedLink for i (TLi) EDI translation software for the IBM i platform. IBM i is the integrated operating environment for IBM Power Systems, which has been around for more than 20 years since the introduction of AS/400 and its System i successor. In this group, you can learn new tricks and techniques, find information and get questions answered from peers. Founded in 2004, this Yahoo! group has 295 members.

  • TLE User Group

    This is an independent discussion group for users of Inovis' TrustedLink Enterprise (TLE) EDI translation software. The group is maintained by an MIT.edu list-serv and has more than 300 members.

  • TLW User Group

    This independent discussion forum is for end users of Inovis' TrustedLink Windows (TLW) software and is a place for TLW users to exchange their first-hand product experiences. This Yahoo! group was founded in 2003 and has more than 200 members.

  • BizManager User Group

    This is an independent forum for users of Inovis BizManager integration software, including: BizConnect Entry, BizConnect Professional, BizManager400, BizLink and SecureLink. The Inovis BizManager User Group is governed and administered by members of the user community. This Yahoo! group was founded in 2003 and has 381 members.

  • GXS Integration Special Interest Group

    The purpose of the GXS Integration Special Interest Group (SIG) is to meet in conjunction with representatives from GXS to discuss matters relating to the design, development, enhancements and best practices of the GXS software products known as: Enterprise System™ (Enterprise System), Application Integrator™ (Application Integrator) and Enterprise Gateway™ (Enterprise Gateway).

  • GXS Transaction Banking User Group

    The GXS Transaction Banking User Group is open to customer representatives from across the financial services industry including banking, insurance, credit card and securities sectors. The mission and purpose of this group is to:

    The GXS Strategic Advisory Board is comprised of business leaders who bring in-depth industry expertise and knowledge to our company. The Board provides critical customer insight that shapes our strategic business and product development.
